The Dr. Susan Love Foundation's Love Research Army is excited to provide an opportunity for researchers to learn more about the Love Research Army initiative AND hear from Dr. Heather Ochs-Balcom, a researcher who used the Love Research Army for study recruitment. Learn how Dr. Ochs-Balcom and her team benefited from recruiting via the Love Research Army and what they learned along the way. This interactive Question and Answer webinar also featured Leah Wilcox Eshraghi, Manager of Research for the Love Research Army, who discussed how to submit your application and how the Love Research Army can help you. The Love Research Army has more than 372,000 women and men (approximately 70% without a history of breast cancer) from throughout the country, eager to hear about YOUR study. Have questions? E-mail email@example.com. The Love Research Army is a program of the Dr. Susan Love Foundation and funded through a grant from the Avon Foundation for Women, with the goal of accelerating research through a "just-in-time" tissue and data bank. To date, more than 372,000 women and men -- those without a personal history of breast cancer, those at risk, and breast cancer survivors -- have signed up to be part of the Love Research Army by indicating their willingness to consider participation in research.
